Our Marketing Consulting Process typically involves a four-point process:

1.    Orientation Analysis

  • We’ll gather information about your company and its brands/products/services
  • Provide SWOT analysis— Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats
  • Audit the effectiveness of your marketing communications efforts, provide an indepth website analysis
  • Develop Mission statements— a strong, consistent foundation for all your marketing efforts
  • Work closely with you in a team process throughout the marketing consulting process: You know your business best, but we’ll bring an experienced outsider perspective within our marketing consulting practices.

2.    Goals + Objective Setting

  • After the first consult, we’ll explore the possibilities through a brainstorming session that will address: “Where do we want to go with our marketing plan…How do we get there?”
  • Help you find the right marketing objectives for your company’s situation, mission and overall strategy
  • Define a realistically achievable outcome, one which will be customized to your company’s unique condition and business realities through marketing consulting

3.    Marketing Strategy

  • We’ll use the information gathered from the Orientation/Analysis phase of our process to develop a credible marketing strategy—the essence of any effective business or marketing plan; one will help you achieve your marketing goals
  • Ensure that our marketing strategy will evolve from a clear statement of marketing goals and objectives
  • Specify marketing budget, resources, target markets and SWOT assessment

4.    Programs + Tactics – Implementation

  • In this “how-to” phase of your program, we’ll integrate a mix of tools to achieve your marketing goals
  • Specify the strategic components requiring execution
  • Ensure consistency with market positioning and overall business strategy
  • A program can consist of one basic marketing tool, such as adding transaction processing to your Web site, or a complex and integrated suite of different marketing tools involving networking, websites, print advertising, trade show events, social media, and more.
